This high-reaching Bach Floor Lamp was created by Francesco Paretti for leading design house Slamp.

Paretti is a consummate designer who has been awarded both the Goldsmith's award San Valentino Oro and the Aprila Design Prize 2002, and now he brings his award-winning touch to this Bach Floor Lamp. The design for Paretti's Bach collection relies heavily on the use of dignified geometric symmetry that allows the lamps to stand and blend with a variety of different décors both classic and contemporary.

Sculpted with a casual nod to the finesse of ancient Greek sculptors, the Bach Floor Lamp offsets the formality of this elegance with a soft and inviting light designed to create a homely atmosphere. The lamp itself is crafted from an extremely durable form of plastic known as Opalfex that allows for detailed and stolid looking constructions that stand the test of time and yet still manage to be lightweight and easy to position around the home.
