The Tradition Lounge Table was created for Skagerak by the much-acclaimed, internationally renowned designer, Povl Bjerregaard Eskildsen.
As a boy Eskildsen spent a great deal of time at his father's furniture manufacturing company in Denmark, where he was initiated into the furniture design business. He later went on to hone his talents by studying design at Aarhus School of Architecture. Since graduating from the school of architecture, Eskildsen has received much acclaim for his outstanding designs and, notably, received the prestigious Red Dot Award in 2016.
