The Foodie Hand Mixer has been created by Anne Marie Raaschou-Nielsen and Francis Cayouette for the brand RIG-TIG by Stelton. RIG-TIG is a collection of kitchen accessories which blends playful aesthetics and excellent functionality. The name means 'just right' in Danish, and the designers of the Foodie Hand Mixer have certainly managed to perfect every aspect of this impressive design.

The Foodie Hand Mixer is designed for mashing potato and whipping up cake mixes. It has a pair of whisk attachments, both of which are made from stainless steel and can be removed easily when cleaning is needed. They fix onto a plastic case containing contains a powerful 170W motor. Switches are provided on the handle of the blender, making it simple to engage the motor in an instant, while the casing also conceals the power cable.

The Foodie Hand Mixer measures 19cm long, 9cm wide and 16.5cm high and is light enough for any chefs to handle comfortably. It comes in a range of colour options, and also features some clever design features. For instance, the case can rest at an angle for easy blending and there are three speed settings. It all adds up to a highly versatile and aesthetically appealing kitchen helper.
