The Eames Lounge Chair, designed in 1956 by Ray & Charles Eames for Vitra, is now available with new dimensions - with a height of 89 cm instead of 84 cm - for even better comfort.
The Original Eames Lounge Chair by Vitra combines exclusive comfort with the highest possible quality and is one of the most popular designs by the Eames couple.
As a modern version of the traditional English club chair the Eames Lounge Chair by Vitra is a true eye-catcher for your living spaces and, with its new dimensions, exceptionally comfortable and likely to become your new favourite!
The armrests, seat and back shell of the Eames Lounge Chair by Vitra are made of moulded plywood, you have the choice between natural cherry wood and rosewood.
The removable upholstery of the Eames Lounge Chair by Vitra are covered with black or brown leather, please see the "available product types" for detailed information. The base of the swivelling armchair is made of black polished aluminium.
