The Woofy Cable Pot was designed by Gabriel Nigro for the Normann label. Intended for use as a cable container, the product is one of the most inventive storage designs around and will be a great light-hearted option for anyone with chaotic cable arrangements.
Nigro is one of the most accomplished designers to emerge from Uruguay, but having spent much of his youth in Copenhagen, his works represent a hybrid of Latin American imagination and Danish elegance.
"Woofy" is one of Nigro's trademark creations. He first appeared in 2007, when the designer rebelled against his own tangle of computer and audio cables. However, with the instinct of an artist, Nigro decided to create a cable container like no other. The result was the Woofy Cable Pot, which is humorous, whimsical, fun and also a very effective way to keep your cables in order.
The container measures 47 x 20 x 30 cm, is made from moulded plastic and includes internal compartments to store a range of separate cables. All cables are stored in their own compartments before being fed through an aperture in the plastic casing to their respective devices, enabling the owner to rationalise their living space in a completely unique manner.
