Nanimarquina has been delighting the world with its rich and colourful rugs since its establishment in Barcelona in 1987. Founder and chief designer Marquina melds modern motifs with traditional production methods to create rugs that delight both the eye and spirit. Inspiration is drawn from a range of sources including nature, geometry and ethnic cultures from around the world. Another distinctive feature is the diverse range of materials used: wool from Afghanistan and New Zealand, jute, mohair and silk.

Offered in a range of rich and simple colours, the Nomad Hand Loomed Wool Carpet is made from 100% hand-spun Afghan ghazni wool. Crafted by artsians in Pakistan, it evokes the free and open spirit of nomadic tribes. The fibres of this wool can have a length of up to 30cm, conferring a rare softness on the rug. Each piece is spun using the kilim technique resulting in an unique item to treasure. Available in two sizes - 170 x 240 cm and 200 x 300 cm, each featuring a height of 4mm. The Nomad Hand Loomed Wool Carpet delivers an exquisite sense of space and freedom to any room.
