The Soft Side Table H 48cm Ø 48cm has been created by Jens Fager for the brand Muuto. Fager is a Swedish designer who seeks to blend humour and functionality, and both of these aspects can be seen in the playful Soft Side Table collection. Characterised by soft exterior surfaces, these tables have no jagged edges. Instead, they seem to flow from top to bottom, melting into their surroundings.

The Soft Side Table H 48cm Ø 48cm is a classic side table with a round tabletop and a circular base. The tabletop has a diameter of 48cm, which exactly matches the height of 48cm - resulting in a table that can be used in living rooms, as an auxillary table for bedrooms, or to supplement dining tables.

The Soft Side Table H 48cm Ø 48cm is available in various colours. The tabletop can be made from MDF board, although solid oak versions are also available, and all of them feature wood from FSC-certified sustainable forests. The central column and base are formed from die cast powder coated aluminium, but thanks to the intelligent design, they appear to form a single piece. The outcome is a subtle, fun table with multiple potential uses.
