Product description

The Ambit Suspension Lamp Ø 55cm has been created by TAF Studio for the brand Muuto. A classic example of Scandinavian design, Ambit is an interior suspension lamp characterised by refined curves, premium materials and exceptional functionality. It will look beautiful in settings as varied as hallways, bedrooms and living rooms.

The Ambit Suspension Lamp Ø 55cm immediately captures the imagination with its shade shaped like an irregular dome, cleverly mixing rounded and linear forms. This shade has been made from hand spun aluminium before being polished and hand-painted in a variety of hues, including blue, white, taupe, and dusty green. The interior of the shade has been painted white to help ensure an even beam with minimal glare, while creating a gorgeous contrast between the exterior and interior surfaces.

The Ambit Suspension Lamp Ø 55cm has a diameter of 55cm and a height of 33.5cm. It hangs from a 400cm rubber-coated cable and can also be dimmed if suitable bulbs are installed. A white ceiling cap is also included to complete the design. The lamp uses a single bulb and socket types vary depending on which colour is chosen. The appropriate bulb with the E27 or GX53 socket can be ordered under accessories.
