Linnut Palturi LED Battery Light

The Linnut Palturi LED Battery Light was designed by Oiva Toikka for the brand Magis.

Designer Oiva Toikka is a recipient of the Lunning prize and the Finnish State Award for Crafts and Design for his work. The Linnut Palturi LED Battery Light is part of his innovative Linnut collection, made up of the Palturi, Kirassi, Siiri and Sulo cable-free light sculptures. Meaning 'bird' in Finnish, the Linnut family are whimsical and fun, and a great addition to any home.

The Linnut Palturi LED Battery Light is made of polycarbonate and ABS, creating a similar effect to that of blown glass. The light comes with an LED unit that is compatible with A++ and F bulbs, and it is rechargeable using a battery charger or a micro USB-C. It measures 32cm in width, 31.5cm in depth, and 35cm in height. The Linnut Palturi LED Battery Light can be used to light up late summer dinners or placed in a child's bedroom to give off an attractive glow during the night. They can also be placed strategically in entryways as a lovely welcome to the house.
