The Matrix Doppia Suspension Lamp has been created by Yaacov Kaufman for the brand Lumina. Matrix is a collection of lamps which are built around articulated arms, metallic frames, and exposed bulbs. In this case, Kaufman has created a double-chandelier design, with two layers of bulbs. The result is a cluster of light sources which will generate plenty of light for larger spaces, while casting a complex pattern of shadows onto the ceiling above.
The Matrix Doppia Suspension Lamp has two round central sockets which support 16 arms. These arms are designed to fold up and down, allowing for various settings and configurations. They are made from a mix of stainless steel and aluminium, guaranteeing exceptional strength and keeping the weight low. And they cast light in various directions thanks to naked bulbs, instantly adding atmosphere wherever they are placed.
The Matrix Doppia Suspension Lamp measures 82cm in diameter and has a suspension height of 200cm. The ceiling canopy measures 13cm in diameter, and the lamp can be connected to external dimmers to add even more options. Each of the 16 sockets accommodates an E27 bulb. Black or soft touch nickel versions are also available, along with smaller versions in the Matrix collection.
