This graceful Galileo Mini T Suspension Lamp was designed by Emanuele Ricci for the Italian manufacturer Lumina.
Lumina has its origins in northern Italy, where designer Tommaso Cimini created his first project the Daphine lamp. Its rapturous reception at Milan's Campionaria led to the formation of the company in 1975. The firm's goal was always to create lighting fixtures that not only provided sublime illumination but also contributed to the overall appeal of a setting via their aesthetic impact. To this end, the firm has collaborated with the leading designers of the day, including Yaacov Kaufman, Walter Monici and Lorenzo Stano.
The Galileo Mini T Suspension Lamp is distinguished by its thick glass shade which refracts light in beautiful ways to illuminate any space. The unit is finely fashioned from nickel-plated glass attached to a support of filigree aluminium. A generous suspension length of 300cm allows users much leeway in the positioning of the lamp. Being adjustable, it can adapt to many kinds of room and allow several units to be used together. With its blend of advanced technology and refined elegance, the Galileo Mini T Suspension Lamp makes a stunning lighting solution for any room.
