The 1966 Richard Schultz Side Table was created by design icon Richard Schultz for furniture manufacturers Knoll International.
Over the course of his long and prolific career, Schultz has been responsible for several of the most iconic and celebrated furniture designs over the last sixty years. Following studies at Iowa State University and the Illinois Institute of Technology, Schultz joined Knoll in 1951 and worked with Harry Bertoia. Some of his significant pieces include the Petal Table, Wire Mesh Chaise and the Topiary Chair. He has received numerous awards, including the Design Award from Industrial Design Magazine.
