The Oldschool Retro Sofa Bed 210x91cm was designed by Per Weiss for the brand Innovation. Set up in 1971, the company has specialised in multi-functional sofas and sofa beds since the late 80's, and believes that good design should partner functionality. Born in 1959, Per Weiss started out as a musician, but trained as an architect at Denmark's Aarhus before starting at Innovation in 1989.

With a strongly nostalgic look reminiscent of the turn of the 20th century, the Oldschool Retro Sofa Bed 210x91cm works as a centre piece and is a very useful, solidly made sofa bed. Working on a click down mechanism, the back of the sofa pushes out flat to form a double bed. The faux leather, padded upholstery is studded with leather covered buttons. The Oldschool Retro Sofa Bed 210x91cm is constructed over a wood and metal frame and has four carved wooden legs. The dimensions are 210cms width, 91cms depth, 78cms height and 38cms seat height. Placed in a simple modern living space, this sofa bed adds style, and also blends seamlessly with other traditional decor. Or mix with old and new items to create a unique, signature look.
