18x18 LED Wall / Ceiling Lamp

The 18x18 LED Wall/Ceiling Lamp was designed by Ingo Maurer for the brand Ingo Maurer. The German industrial designer is fondly remember as the 'poet of light' for the ingenuity he displayed with his lamp designs. Maurer had a knack for taking ordinary, everyday things and turning them into functional, novel works of art. He took rubber gloves, a tea strainer, scribbled memos, broken crockery and other unexpected items and created lighting fixtures out of them. His work can be seen in New York's MoMA and other museums.
