The Indian Plate Rack M has been created by the in-house studio for the brand HAY. Inspire by the kitchens of the Indian subcontinent, this wall-mounted storage product will add valuable room to store crockery and other cooking accessories, while looking exceptional thanks to its rugged stainless steel construction.
HAY has stuck to rigorous minimalist principles when designing the Indian Plate Rack M, focusing on practical use and strength. The use of steel for the frame allows the rack to hold plenty of weight. The addition of a mix of open and barred sections makes it easy to store condiments, ingredients and plates or bowls safely and conveniently.
The main unit of the Indian Plate Rack M measures 76cm wide, 78.5cm tall, and 23.5cm deep. There are six main compartments of varying shapes and sizes, while the designers have also added a series of hooks on the base of the rack which can be used to hang colanders and spatulas for easy access, while there is also a steel side pocket for smaller items. This is part of a wider Indian collection from the same brand, featuring steel materials and simple forms.
