The Pacha Lounge Chair Frame Black has been created by Pierre Paulin for the brand Gubi. The late industrial designer Paulin breathed new life into French furniture design in the 1960s and 70s. He fostered a sophisticated new aesthetic that set the standard for contemporary furniture and design. His unexampled style is showcased in the Pacha Lounge Chair Frame Black. With this design, he aspired to create a sensation of sitting on clouds. He did it with this soft, low-set curvaceous chair that looks like a cloud. It also feels like a cloud with the buttery soft Dedar Karakorum 001 or GUBI Harp 024 upholstery fabric with which it is covered. The upholstery has been done over an inner shell made of plywood and cushioned with foam. To achieve this look, the ingenious designer did away with conventional legs and designed the chair with a fixed or swiveling wood base. The chair is raised above the base slightly.

The Pacha Lounge Chair Frame Black has a width of 77cm, a height of 65cm and a depth of 85cm. Its seat height is 37cm and its backrest height is 65cm. It comes in a selection of neutral colours and is ideal for creating a laid-back, lounge feel.
