Product description

The Kaboom Chair has been created by Roderick Vos for the brand Fatboy. Swiss industrial designer Vos blends authenticity aesthetic daring, creating furnishings characterised by total functionality. The Kaboom Chair showcases his talent, with Pop Art looks and technical qualities that make it a joy to use.

Designed in a whimsical style, this chair could almost have emerged from a fairy tale storybook. It is full of character with its round seat, chunky round legs, and an inwardly curved backrest, while the candy colour scheme gives it an infectious sense of fun. Technical wizardry accompanies aesthetic quality. The chair has been made with a rotational moulding technique, ensuring that the thick, hollow parts are exceptionally strong. The polyethylene LDPE used in its frame is also purely made from recyclable materials, while the LDPE exterior makes it suitable for outdoor use.

The Kaboom Chair has a width of 51cm, a height of 81.5cm and a depth of 57.5cm, with a seat height of 48.5cm and a backrest height of 81.5cm. It is available in a bright candy pink colour scheme, and has a total weight of just 7kg - so handling the chair should be easy.
