The Dualit Architect Kettle Side Covers were created in-house by the UK-based Dualit product label.
German-born inventor Max Gort-Barten originally founded Dualit in Germany in 1914 but life took him to the United Kingdom, where he opened his London factory after the Second World War. Here, he produced his first invention: a cocktail shaker. The company's name came from Gort-Barten's heater that combined both a heating element and a light and was called the 'Dual Light Heater'. Today, the label's values encompass innovative, attractive and well-engineered products with no frills or gimmicks.
The interchangeable Dualit Architect Kettle Side Covers allow the label's Architect Kettle to be customised by simply changing its two side panels and lid cover. With several colour choices, the kettle can be reworked to fit into new kitchen designs and decor or simply to fit a change of mood. Using the six screws supplied, the Dualit Architect Kettle Side Covers, which are made of stainless steel, attach easily to the kettle and provide an aesthetically pleasing upgrade to this everyday appliance. Matching side panels are also available for toasters.
