This sleek Ishi Wall Lamp was designed by Ufficio Tecnico for the Italian manufacturer deMajo.
Founded by Guido de Majo in Murano in 1947, deMajo pioneered the creation of designer lamps that incorporate the style of celebrated Murano glass. Later in the 1970s, the firm expanded into designing modern lighting solutions for businesses. With lamps ranging from the staunchly minimalist to the ornately flamboyant, the firm now has customers in over 90 countries worldwide and has been recognised with a slew of prestigious prizes.
With its plain and compact form, the Ishi Wall Lamp is especially suited for use in areas such as stairs and hallways. Fashioned from stainless steel and frosted glass, the lamp takes a 120w halogen bar for a diffuse illumination. The lamp is offered in two sizes: a smaller model measuring 7.5cm in width and 41cm in length and a larger with a width of 8.5cm and a length of 55cm. With its clear lines and gentle illumination, the Ishi Wall Lamp is ideal for use as general accent and ambient lighting as well as in spaces such as corridors and stairways.
