The U-Turn 36 LED Suspension Lamp has been created by Michel Charlot for the brand Belux. Swiss industrial designer Charlot aims to perfect the process from conceptualisation and design to the production process. His award-winning pieces have been exhibited in his native Switzerland and the U.S. The U-Turn 36 LED Suspension Lamp indicates that he has perfected his process. It stands out with its disc-shaped shades on either side that are suspended from another disc-shaped plate attached to the ceiling. The shades are made of aluminum while the reflectors are fashioned from acrylic glass. The lamp has a magnetic ball joint that makes it possible to adjust the lamps to cast light right where it is needed. It casts a warm, white light both upwards or downwards.

The U-Turn 36 LED Suspension Lamp has a height of 12.5cm and a diameter of 14.3cm. Its cable is 300cm long. It is not dimmable. It is available in black or tele grey. This luminaire is ideal for use in homes over dining or kitchen tables or along a hallway. It can also be used over tables in restaurants and along the length of the ceiling in receptions and waiting rooms.
