The Alias Tec Table 160x80cm was designed and produced by popular Italian furniture manufacturer Alias.
This company initially earned their reputation by bringing out new editions of classic designs by Gerrit Rietveld, Theo van Doesburg and Man Ray. Founded in 1979 by Giandomenico Belotto, Carlo Forcolini and Enrico Baleri, Alias was originally renowned for the use of glass, marble and steel tubing. The label's style has evolved over the years to revolve around the key values of innovation, technological lightness and minimalist design. Among their most popular products are works including the Prima and Seconda.
The Alias Tec Table 160x80cm lends a simple, unobtrusive style to any indoor space from living rooms to dining rooms and work conference rooms. The table is constructed entirely in white-lacquered die-cast aluminium, which has then been mounted on a solid foundation structure fabricated of extruded aluminium. Thanks to the highly rigid construction, the table is able to have a very long length without the need for a central support, which gives it a stylishly minimalist finish. With dimensions of 160cm long, 80cm wide and 73.5cm tall, the table provides a generous space for eating or working and can also be used a conference table.
