The GT5 cone-shaped frame is hand covered with a three centimetre wide ribbon woven with coloured threads. This high quality system prevents fading and other types of wear and tear and produces a rich play of light.
The lampshade is equipped with a disc that hides the bulb and produces two types of light: either light diffused by a translucent white fibre glass diffuser plate or light partially masked by an opaque black plate. The shade is comes in unbleached natural texture, amber-red or black, the canopy in nickel matt or chrome plated.
When lit, the GT5 gives off a pleasant striated light. When off, it becomes a decorative element whose elegant lines and rich colours make it stand out in large spaces.
