Changing your order

Changing your order is always possible, especially the specification of a new shipping address. In case further products are added to your order, already confirmed delivery dates may possibly lose validity.

Cancelling your order

If you want to cacel your order please file the cancellation with our ServiceCentre in written form. Already made payments will be refunded to your account immediately. Special orders and custom-made products cannot be reversed.
