If the product isn't available for shipping immediately, when will the money be charged?
The full amount is charged when reaching our warehouse right before forwarding it to you. For orders over € 1,000 an advance payment of 50% is charged upon incoming order.

What do I do, if I want to exchange or return a product?
In case an ordered product doesn't comply with your request, as a private customer you can return it within 14 days without giving reasons by simply sending it back - preferably in its original packing - unless you have acted upon commercial or self-employed professional occupation or placed a special, 'tailor-made' order. The amount will be refunded promtly after receiving and checking the product.
