For your order payment we offer you three different methods:

Prepayment
If you choose to pay in advance via bank transfer we offer you a 3% discount on the merchandise value of your order. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with all relevant details including our bank account information. We need to confirm that we received your payment before we can process your order and send out your goods, so please proceed to the money transfer as soon as possible. It is important that you do not forget to state the order number you received with our order confirmation by e-mail as a reference for your transfer e.g. Order 2234567. Your order will be shipped out promptly after we receive your payment.

This method is recommended for orders within the EU-states, because Euro bank transfers cost no more than a national bank transfer. The account data will be listed in the order confirmation you receive after ordering.

Credit Card
The amount of your order will be withdrawn from your credit card on the day we ship out you merchandise. Credit cards we accept are Visa and Master-Card.

Please note that for orders paid by credit card the delivery address must match your billing address.

PayPal
The PayPal online payment service is an easy, safe, and fast way to pay without any extra charges! Your bank and credit card details are solely saved by PayPal and you pay with only two clicks, because your saved data can then be accessed by you automatically. Another advantage for you: for orders purchased via PayPal the money will be deducted from your account when the articles leave our warehouse, not as usual on the order date.

For orders totaling over EUR 1,000.-, special orders or custom-made orders you will need to make a down payment of 50% of the invoice total. For customers ordering in Germany the down payment is 20% of the invoice total.
