Your order is a binding contract proposal that we accept by sending out the order confirmation or the product.
By placing your order you agree to our general terms and conditions.

A printed invoice will be enclosed in the first delivery.
Changing your order
Changing your order is always possible. But please note that should you add further products to your order, already confirmed delivery dates may lose validity.
Please also note that for orders paid by credit card the delivery address must match your billing address.
Cancelling your order
In case you would like to cancel your order, please file the cancellation with our ServiceCentre in written form. Already made payments will be refunded to your account immediately. Special orders and orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled.
Special orders and custom-made products
Our online shop's selection is subject to constant updates and extension and still there will be products that are not found in our entire assortment. We can order every product by all listed manufacturers for you. Simply request a tentative offer with our product enquiry form, but please note that changing or cancelling a placed order is not possible after the manufacturer's confirmation.
