Transport insurance
When items are sent by AmbienteDirect every effort
ist made to minimise the risk of damage in delivery. However
sometimes damages occur, that why we have a simple policy
to deal with this problem:
All items that leave our warehouse are completly
insured against damge in delivery.
If - in spite of our precautions - a damage in delivery
takes place, we will compensate it completly and endeavour
to send you a replacement as fast as possible. To guarantee
the full compensation and a fast processing we urge you
to take care of the following:
- If the delievery is made by a freight company please
accept it only "under reserve"
- Check the merchandise immediately and carefully.
- Report the damage promptly, in a written form at
AmbienteDirect
- Please keep the item and the original wrapping until
the damage is finally settled.
