Damage in delivery
AmbienteDirect makes every effort to prevent shipping
damages. If although a damaged article is deliverd, the
damage must be reported to the transportation company
immediately and within seven days in a written form to
AmbienteDirect. Without a written confirmation of the
transportation company we can not deliver a replacement
free of charge.
How to proceed:
- do not sign for merchandise
unless you inspected the items for damage
- if the item is completly destroyed don't accept
the parcel. It will be returned to AmbienteDirect
and you will get a replacement free of charge.
- if the item has minor damages report the damage
immediately to the carrier and ask for a damage protokoll.
As soon as you get the protokoll please send a copy
via fax to our
ServiceCenter.
- report any damage within seven days in a written
form to our ServiceCenter. If possible, send digital
images of the damaged item and the wrapping to
info@ambientedirect.com
- please keep the damaged item and the original carton
as long as you have the replacement.
