What do I do, if I want to exchange or return a product?
In case an ordered product doesn't comply with your request, as a private customer you can return it within 14 days without giving any reasons by simply sending it back - preferably in its original packing - unless you have acted upon commercial or self-employed professional occupation or placed a special, customized order.
